Swim coach saves swimmer who fainted underwater

American swimmer Anita Alvarez was rescued from the bottom of the pool by her coach Andrea Fuentes when she fainted at the FINA World Aquatic Championships in Budapest, Hungary. CNN’s Andy Scholes has more.
